What is the hardest hike in Yosemite valley?

The two factors that weigh in on the difficulty of a hike are length and elevation gain. The longest hike at Yosemite, based on the index of hikes listed at http://www.yosemitehikes.com, is Clouds Rest, located in the Tioga Road area. In terms of elevation gain, the highest is Half Dome, located in Yosemite Valley, with a gain of 4,800 feet. Half Dome is also 14.2 miles in length, so it would seem, for most people, this would be the toughest hike.
