What happens if i continuously use sharpie on my face, in the same place?

Will it eventually become ingrained in my skin like a tattoo?

    it won’t become a permanent tattoo unless you have a cut and add ink to it, which is unhealthy and can cause infection. However, you could get ink poisoning. Contrary to how it may seem, when people draw on themselves with permanent marker the ink is not washing away over time. Instead, it is absorbed by the skin. If you do this enough it can penetrate your blood stream, which is called ink poisoning.
