What happens to alligators or crocodiles that are known to have eaten people?

Well, like any animal that is known to be a man-eater and is caught, they are either killed, or kept in a zoo. Authorities can’t chance someone dying because they knowingly let an aggressive animal loose. I think that, usually, the animal is relocated to a zoo in a case where it’s part of an endangered or threatened species, like the man-eating tiger they have at the San Diego Zoo.
