I would say either the solar powered cell phone or the frictionless wind turbine. A solar phone can be powered on just two hours of sunlight per day and are becoming increasingly popular in countries where electricity is scarce. Cell phone batteries pile up in landfills; a solar cell phone eliminates those batteries. The frictionless wind turbine allows the generating of electricity with extremely low winds. This is a great improvement on a very green energy.
