Well, just off the top of my head, I would throw the Mini Cooper out there (a BMW owned brand), due to its size, and thus reduced material needs, and likely high fuel efficiency. Apparently, in 2006, BMW came up with a car by the name of Hydrogen 7, which was also going to be the most expensive BMW, at roughly $500,000. The vehicle will not be ready for production, though, until 2020.
On a sidenote, Dow Jones actually has listed BMW as the the greenest automaker for five years in a row.
