There are a lot of jobs out there in the environmental field, but of course no everything hinges on your degree — you have to take into account your other skills, work habits, and experiences in deciding what kind of job is best for you. Depending on your focus within your degree in environmental science (of course, it’s a huge field), you could pursue jobs as an environmental engineer, an environmental health specialist, a wildlife biologist, a marine science biologist, an ecologist, etc. There are jobs with universities, research institutes, the government, and with non-profits.
