What is going to replace the Kyoto Protocol?

The next climate change conference set to take place in Copenhagen this December is primarily for the purpose of negotiating a new climate treaty to replace the Kyoto Protocol, which is set to expire in the next few years. The treaty agreed upon in December will likely be dubbed the Copenhagen Protocol or something to that effect. It is expected to contain provisions regarding emissions reduction quotas and targets for all developed countries, while mandatory caps for developing nations are still up for debate.
