Bananas are the best fruit source of vitamin B. However it should be noted that overall, fruit is not a very good source of this particular nutrient. Rather, animal products such as meat and poultry and green vegetables such as asparagus broccoli and spinach are far better sources.
Following is a list of the fruits that are rich in the different B vitamins. Vitamin B1: Watermelon. Vitamin B2: Kiwi. Vitamin B3: Peaches, tomato, kiwi, bananas, cantaloupe, and watermelon. Vitamin B5: Oranges and bananas. Vitamin B6: Bananas and watermelon. Vitamin B9: Kiwi, blackberries, tomatoes, oranges, strawberries, bananas, cantaloupe. Vitamin B12: None.
