Forest wealth referrs to the amount of various resources in a given area. Though forest wealth can be measured in terms of the monitary value of an area of land, it can also be measured in relationship to that area’s impact on humans, wildlife and the wider ecosystem. For example, the amount of timber, game, water filtration and habitable space supplied by a forest are all categories that could factor into a calculation of forest wealth.
