Ocean seafood is by far the highest and worst.
Those three are so bad I would suggest not eating them at all.
There are some fresh water and other sea species that register with some mercury, but not as bad and therefore can be eaten occasionally.

Fish is the food you need to worry about containing mercury, especially shark, swordfish, and king mackerel. Other seafood can be contaminated too, due to pollution of waterways.
Mercury has also been found in high fructose corn syrup, and in many common brands of food that contain h f c s.
