What fish is responsible for the most human deaths every year?

    The deadliest fish is the blow fish of the Red Sea and Indo-Pacific region.  0.1 g. can kill a human.  In Thailand in 2007, blow wish was sold to people under the impression it was actually salmon.  It ended up killing 15 people and making 115 sick.

    Stonefish are the most venomous fish in the world, though their yearly kills are unknown. They have extremely potent venom and sting humans passively, by lying in the seabed. Humans injure themselves by stepping on the fish, which are covered in thirteen spines that shoot venom into the wound as pressure is applied. A sting can cause extreme pain, temporary paralysis, and death.
