The Clean Energy for Development is an annual report developed by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, or Norad. The first such report was published June 2010. It documented how Norway has worked with developing (low- to middle-income) countries to promote the adoption of clean energy technologies and practices, as well as to strengthen their economic growth. Most of these efforts have taken place in recent years under Norway’s “Clean Energy for Development Initiative.”
