Try putting some kind of oil on the bugs using a q-tip (such as olive oil), this should kill them. If you have soap that is biodegradable (such as Seventh Generation dish soap), this can also be used to kill the bugs and should not harm the plant.
Make sure you also isolate the plant(s) that have them. They will infest other plants if they can. Feel like enlisting help from other bugs? You can actually buy beetles that are natural predators to mealy bugs specifically to kill off the ones you have. Once their food source dies, they die. It’s scientific name is Cryptolaemus montrouzieri but it’s commonly called “mealybug destroyer”!
