    A duel-fuel vehicle is based an internal combustion engine that is designed to run on more than one fuel, most likely ethanol or methanol fuel. Both fuelds are in the same common tank. The technology exists today that allows for flex fuel vehicles to run on any misture of gasoline and ethanol, ranging from all gasoline to all ethanol. Worldwide there are about 25.1 million vehicles sold by 2011.
