What does the war on drugs do to the environment?

It has a bit of a negative impact. Drug crops are often destroyed by fire, which renders the land useless for a time, and also pollutes the air. Also, the drugs themselves must be disposed of, causing pollution of land, air and water. And the massive amount of DEA agents traveling all over the world has an environmental impact.
