Here is a useful table summarizing a lot of the uses for recycled glass. One of the most common uses is as an aggergate in concrete or road materials. It is also used as a reflective material on roadways, in filtration systems, as an abrasive, and many other ways.

Pretty much anything regular glass can go into, recycled glass can go into. Check out Vetrazzo.com’s line of high-end recycled glass surfaces, for one example. If you’re looking for something more industrial, recycled glass powder can be used to make concrete instead of Portland cement.

Glass can be recycled an infinitute number of times, as long as the colors do not get mixed up. So, there are a lot of different bottles and jars that the glass can become over a series of years.
