I’m not sure if you’re referring to the natural darker brown spots that can just show up on eggs from time to time, or blood spots on the yolk. In either case, it doesn’t mean anything special. The darker spots on brown eggs are just natural pigmentation. The so-called “blood spots” are the result of a broken blood vessel during egg formation and can easily be removed with the tip of a knife if they bother you.
