Most often, cold fingers and hands just points to poor blood circulation. However, sometimes cold hands can be a sign of something more serious, like nervous system disorders, hyperthyroidism, or Raynaud’s Phenomenon. If your hands are alarmingly cold, or if the cold sensation is accompanied by whiteness, you should bring it up with your doctor. Or, just bring it up with your doctor the next time you visit anyway.
