No intense purification process is required for reusing grey water, provided it does not have a great deal of grease of food particles. Water from the shower and the bathroom sink should be used first, if possible, and applied principally to ornamental plants and shrubs while saving fresher water for vegetable gardens. Avoid concentrating the grey water too much in one particular area and use sparingly, alternating with fresh water.
