Why do you ask? Do you want to steal it and make soap a la Fight Club?
The disposal of medical wastes is highly regulated. Often, medical wastes are incinerated, or go though a process called autoclaving (which is sterilization via steam). Basically, the goal is to kill any microorganisms that could be living in the waste.
Oh yeah and hospitals also sometimes use grinders, to chop up the waste (body parts, etc), like a food processor. Gruesome?
