It has been suggested that beans, or legumes, are great for your health.  As legumes contain significant amounts of nutritional elements, including phytochemicals, proteins, fiber, and multiple micronutrients, they are often cited as huge contributors to a healthy diet. It has also been suggested that soybeans may help to prevent and (in the future) even treat certain diseases such as osteoporosis and cancer.
