What do auto repair shops do with all of their hazardous chemicals they take out of cars?

They either sell the waste so it can be refined and used again, or have to take it to a hazardous waste disposal site.  When you get your oil changed for instance, mechanics are actually able to sell the dirty oil to companies who refine it and make more lubricating oil out of it.
