At the link below are two lists of diseaes you can get from rodents. Examples of ones you can get from mice include Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome, Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, Lymphocytic Chorio- meningitis (LCM), Colorado tick fever, etc. It also depends on the kind of mouse.
Listeria is a a genus containing six deadly bacterias that normally infect ruminant animals (cows, sheep, etc.) The bacteria however, has been known to jump to rodents including mice and rats and can be transmitted to humans through contact with their feces or other wastes that contain the rodent’s DNA and thus the bacterial infection. Though it is rare, rodent to human transfer is the most common path the disease takes to reach humans.
