What is the difference between the human body and a house since their both structures?

This has to do with science, structures, and both the human body and the house are both structures.

The only true difference between a house and the human body as far as structures are concerned, is that the human body is an organic structure (not considering cosmetic surgery), whereas a house is a manufactured structure.  Both would be considered shell structures, as they both can keep their shape, even without a frame or solid mass material inside.
