Atomic mass and gram atomic mass are basically the same thing. Gram atomic mass is just mass of one mole of an element. Atomic mass is the average mass of all the isotopes of a given element. Some elements naturally have different numbers of neutrons throughout nature, and depending on the percentage of each isotope found in nature, the atomic mass can be different compared to the most common. Basically, atomic mass is what you will see on a periodic table and what will be used in most calculations involving a given element. Gram atomic mass is the atomic mass of one mole of the specific isotope of the element you are using.
