What did former president Bush do wrong with environmental policy?

Although my link will do a much better job of explaining, here are some of the biggest “lowpoints”. From appointing Gale Norton (http://articles.latimes.com/2009/sep/17/nation/na-norton17) as a secretary of the interior, to ignoring the effect that Alaskan drilling may have on local wildlife(http://www.nrdc.org/media/2008/080107.asp), he has  a particularly poor record. I have included an entire timeline for you to peruse.

    I hope this helped!
