What date is China supposed to cut their carbon emissions by?

    According to China Corporate Social Responsibility’s site, China has announced to reduce it’s carbon dixoide emissions 40%-45% to 2005 levels by the year 2020.  This was declared at the Copenhagen Climate Conference in December 2009.  They also committed to increasing energy consumption from non-fossil fuels to 15% by 2020.
