What country uses the most water for agriculture?

This is difficult to tell for sure, because many countries don’t really record water used, and depending on how you look at it, a small country may use proportionally as much water as a larger country. However, I would go with the USA being the country with the most water for agriculture, as there is a huge amount of space put aside for growing food, most of which is in desert areas, where extra water is necessary. Another high one would be China, as they are still very rural in most areas. Larger northern countries, like Russia, wouldn’t use as much, as they are mostly covered by snow.
