What country uses the most water for irrigating agriculture?

The Food and Agriculture Organization provides information on irrigated agriculture in developing countries, with India and China extracting the highest amount of water for agricultural use, 558.39 and 426.85 cubic kilometers respectively. The table does not include the U.S. though, so it is hard to say where we would fit in. I would guess that based on their sizes, China and India likely still have us beat.
