What computer company does the best job of controlling their e-waste?

Dell was the first major computer manufacturer to ban the export of non-working electronics to developing countries.  Their policy exceeds the requirements of the Basel Convention, which is the global standard for e-waste.  Dell requires that all parts be tested and in proven working condition before they can be shipped outside the country.  This is just one of Dell’s policies which have helped give the company top scores on many eco-friendly ranking sites.  Dell will gladly recycle any and all of their e-waste free of charge.
