    Also on that list should be Shell, Airbus, and many, many zoos, all of which have a tendency to present themselves as far more eco-friendly than they are. Here’s another list, if you’re still interested.

    A target of greenwashing is the bottled water companies and Fiji water has an ad “Every Drop is Green” which their plastic bottles are not earth friendly and the transportation of the water does not reduce carbon emissions. The Olympic Committee is under fire for their sponsors. A coalition of pressure groups will on Monday unveil a new campaign against three controversial sponsors of the London Olympics, accusing them of using the Games to “greenwash” unethical corporate activities. The three sponsors are Dow, Rio Tinto and BP.
