    There are several common minerals in water: Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium.  In America, most drinking water has to meet standards of mineral content for health reasons.  Most water that boasts about having “electrolytes” is the same as regular tap water.  Electrolytes are required to be in most drinking water in America as well.
