What is the coldest temperature in Canada?

    The coldest day in Canada, which also happens to be the coldest day recorded in North America, was on February 3, 1947 in Snag, Yukon.  The temperature dipped down to -62.8 degrees Celsius (-81 degrees Fahrenheit).  The site states that this coldness would freeze skin within three minutes of expose.
