The least harmful food is probably eaten by people in Asia because their diets are based around grains, like rice, and include very little meat. Other countries, such as Japan and many European nations, traditionally take more time to savor their food, making them realize when they have had enough. In fact, Okinawans have the longest life span in the world, possibly attriubted to their habit of “hara hachi bu”, or only eating 8 parts out of 10.
