What is the chemical inside of fire extinguishers? Is it harmful to humans when touched or inhaled?

There are three types of fire extinguisher.  Each one uses a different agent to extinguish fires.  The extinguisher is either; wet, dry, or co2.

    Wet – water

    Dry- sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)

    c02- carbon dioxide

All of these agents are non-toxic. Unless you directly inhale the c02 in a small, closed space, there should be no adverse effects to any of the agents.
