If you’re talking aout the white lines that trail airplanes and jets, those are contrail lines created by the hot humid air emitted by aircrafts and the low pressure low temperature air of the atmosphere being mixed together by the turbulance created by the aircraft engines. It’s kind of similar to the breath you can “see” when you breath out on a cold winter day.
Contrails are frozen vapors emitted by jet-propulsion engines in planes.
