Well, assuming you wouldn’t be riding it, you could be a gem and donate it to a homeless person. More mobility means more abilities in today’s society.
I should also mention that an INOPERABLE bicycle is of little if any use for anyone in such predicament, at which point there are opportunities to recycle such bikes–a bicycle shop would be a great place to start. (If you can find one in Omaha, you could probably find one anywhere)
