-Use locally grown or produced ingredients: hops, wheat, water etc.
-Make their packaging out of recycled materials.
-Purchase Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) to power the brewery.
-Sell to local vendors.
-Use organically grown ingredients.
-Use non-toxic, eco friendly inks on bottle labels.
-Incentivize workers to carpool or use public transit to get to work.
-Make the brewery building as energy efficient as possible: LED lighting, good insulation, double paned windows, etc.
