What is Bt corn? Is it better for me nutritionally?

Bacillus Thuringiensis (BT) corn is a type of rootworm corn hybrid. It is a type of geoengineered seed with a genetic mutation that altered the DNA of the seed to make it resist the shoot borer insects and enhance its quality. Greenpeace and other organizations have objected use of this seed but the health aspects will be assessed and discussed even with trial reports that stated the seeds are completely safe. A member at a Princeton agroinnovation workshop said that these BT seeds have higher yields and productivity, insecticide savings and greater peace of mind.
