According to Altered Aesthetics, a Minneapolis-based bike art collective, this year’s Bike Art V show “will feature photography, sculpture, spoke-card art and more”. So, it seems like it’s any type of art that includes a bike or was made by a bike.
Bike art makes use of recycled bike parts. For example, BICAS offers art workshops that focus on making things such as inner tube wallets, tire belts, mobiles, sculptures, and jewelry.
