The largest river in Montana is the Clark Fork river which is 360 miles long. The main sources of its water movement are both the Columbia river and the run off from the Rocky Mountains in western Montana. However this river has no Association with the Clark Fork of the Yellowstone river which is in both Wyoming and Montana.
