The biggest oil refinery in the United States will be the Shell and Aramco owned Port Arthur refinery in Texas.  They are almost doubling the size of the already built plant within the next year or so.  It will be capable of producing 600,000 barrels of oil every day.  As of right now, however, the largest is the Baytown Refinery in Baytown, Texas which is operated by ExxonMobil.  It produces about 570,000 barells a day.
