    It doesn’t matter what type of olives you eat. They all are healthy for you. It is also best to eat olives in different forms: fresh, in oil, pickled, etc… Different types of olives bring you a different kind of health benefits, for example: black olives have high concentration of antioxidants, whereas olive oil brings you healthy fats.
