Well, this can be considered an opinion. I am assuming you mean what the best thing in nature is to eat.
Brainready.com lists the top five foods that benefit brain/body health. Wild salmon tops the list because it lowers one’s cholesterol with its high amount of omega 3 fatty acids. Wild is always better because any farm-raised fish may contain toxins.

Acai berries and blueberries are very similar so they are tied on this list.
Raw (in its natural state) food is almost always better than anything cooked.
