One big part of driving that can help is decreasing erratic accelerating and decelerating. When speeding up or beginning to drive don’t accelerate too quickly, that uses up a lot of gas overtime. Make sure the tires are at the required pressure level, because flatter tires resulting in worse mileage. Also, it sounds obvious, but the best thing you can do is to drive slower or not at all when you get use another way.
