The best place to take cover in an earthquake is the door frame. Many earthquake safety trainings also teach you to hide under a desk, table, or some other hard surface for protection. Crouch down and try to cover the back of your neck and head. Stay away from windows or other fragile items that can easily break, shatter, and pierce. It’s important to be aware of earthquake safety and have a preparedness plan in case of emergency.
