68 degrees Fahrenheit is the ideal temperature to set your thermostat during the winter. It’s recommended to keep it at 68 degrees during the day and then lower it to 60 or so at night, since for every degree you turn it down below 70 degrees F, you can save 3 percent on heating costs.
