It is difficult to tell what the best fruit is for you because all fruits have nutritional value with a variety of vitamins and minerals that change from fruit to fruit. Any fruit is good for you, so I wouldn’t worry about what the best is because if you just eat that fruit then you are missing out on vitamins and minerals that are a part of other fruits. I did, however, attach a link with the fruits that are most commonly considered ‘healthiest’ based on calories, nutrition, fiber, and antioxidants. They include kiwis, strawberries, cranberries, and blueberries.
