Another very green one to check out is the Lenovo ThinkPad T400, which made its way into the top of several lists for its long battery life, low watt usage, and good (but not the lowest) amount of power use during recharging. LAPTOP magazine decided that this was the best general-use laptop for eco-friendliness, although it had some other picks based on what kind of notebook you need.
