You should make sure you have a balance diet complete with your necessary nutrients and minerals each day. Stay away from things high in salt or sugar. Do not drink alcohol or soda. Be sure to get enough vegetables and fruits. Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.
-raw meats and seafood, especially sushi.
